The Hide Caption Titlebar Plus extension lets you install a suite of three buttons on the top right corner of your browser, so that you can easily modify the caption and the borders of the titlebar.
Note: The Hide Caption Titlebar Plus add-on is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
